ROS / GOYANG
This kuih is made by coating the brass mould with a batter of rice  flour, plain flour, sugar and eggs, and deep fried in cooking oil. This kuih has been given glamourous names, most which describes it  shape. It is also known as kuih ros because it resembles a rose, kuih  goyang because it needs to be shaken off the mould when almost done, and  sarang tebuan, Malay for hornet’s nest, because it resembles a  honeycomb. Making this kuih takes a lot of skill. Removing it from the  mould requires a delicate and deft shake to maintain its shape. Now, you can get it ready to eat for;

SIPUT
 This is very addictive malaysian snack which looked like the sea shells you find on the sea shore. Siput is sea shell in Malay. It is taste
Crunchy, melting, sticky or hard and sweet treats. Kuih Siput is made from wheat flour and margerin. It is then mixed with spices and formed a snail with a mold  before they are fried with cooking oil using medium-low heat until it is  golden brown and the host, ready to serve. TIRAM / LIDAH BUAYA 
This kuih has been given glamourous names, most which describes it   shape. It is also known as kuih Lidah Buaya. It is taste
Crunchy, melting and sweet treats. Kuih Tiram is  made from wheat flour and potato flour and margerin. They are fried with cooking oil using medium-low heat  until it is  golden brown and the host, ready to serve. Now, you can get it ready to eat for;

MURUKU
Also known as chakli, muruku is a savoury
